Based on the results of the feasibility study, the project can be continued with engineering and developments activities accompanied by administrative procedures. In this development phase, the works can be fully delegated or carried on in cooperation with EnEn who will assist and provide the necessary expertise to prepare the project in accordance with the requirements. During this stage of the project, several activities can be processed in parallel, and they are to be well coordinated with the customer. |

EnEn can handle the project management in conjunction with the chosen engineering office for civil works and represent the customer in verifying the compliance of the construction in accordance with the defined scope of works and the agreed schedule. |

Commissioning of hydro power plants. EnEn is delegating experienced commissioning engineer personnel for new site commissioning jobs as well as recommissioning activities of small and large hydro power plants. In particular EnEn can provide commissioning managers and lead engineers. |
EnEn is supporting power plant owners in ecological transformation projects, goal is to implement ecological improvement measures without inducing production losses and without increasing maintenance requirements! EnEn is helping to find good technical solutions which fit the purpose. |
